I burned my boob with hot pocket filling

So I was just sitting on my couch watching South Park while enjoying a Philly Cheese Steak Hot Pocket and before I knew it, my right boob felt like it had burst into flames. I looked down and a glob of filling was sitting atop my breast, slowly singeing off the top layer of my skin. I'm not a doctor but I think I'm suffering from third degree burns here...
